We are JM Echeverri, a family company that manages apartments in Torre de Cali. We are not the Hotel Torre de Cali.
PARKING: Free for our guests and subject to availability at Torre de Cali, one vehicle (car or motorcycle) per booking. The sooner you let us know, the better. If no space is available, we can offer an external parking option, which may have a cost.
ARRIVAL: Torre de Cali has two entrances, one for the hotel and one for offices and apartments. Please use the offices and apartments entrance and check in at the front desk (a building rule), saying you have a reservation with JM Echeverri. We hand over the key and the door code at our office 802, 8th floor. If you arrive outside office hours, please arrange it in advance and we will send you instructions; without prior arrangement we cannot guarantee the handover. When you leave, return the key at the front desk. Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM.
GUEST SERVICE: In person at office 802, Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Sundays and holidays 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM. By message every day until 10:00 PM; later messages are answered the next day. For emergencies, the building front desk is available 24 hours.
DOCUMENTS: After booking we will contact you by WhatsApp to request, for each adult guest, a photo of their ID (both sides), email, phone number and home address (city and country), plus the license plate if you will use the parking. Minors need their birth certificate and, if not traveling with both parents, a notarized travel authorization.
PAYMENT: Payment is made at our office on arrival, in cash or by card. If you prefer to pay in advance, we can send you a payment link or bank transfer details.
GUESTS AND VISITORS: The price shown already reflects the number of guests in your booking (the base rate covers 2 people; each additional guest is COP 50,000 per night). Visitors must be announced in advance and are charged COP 50,000 per night.
INVOICING: As a registered company, we charge the VAT (IVA) required by Colombian law. Tax refund requests must be filed directly with the authorities.
SERVICES: Daily cleaning and meals are not included. Breakfast and cleaning during your stay are available for an extra fee; request them during office hours.
HOUSE RULES: No smoking or drugs. No parties or excessive noise; quiet hours 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Pets only with prior approval. Damaged items and stained towels or sheets are charged.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
